Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance Programs are an integral part of our day-to-day operations and we recognize the importance of assuring quality in every project.
We ensure that each project meets the applicable regulations and through extensive review and control of all design documentation,
we guarantee all operations are completed in accordance with the applicable code requirements and owner’s specifications carried through to completion.
Our QA/QC Manager is in charge of aligning our programs with all applicable standards, with the responsibility and authority to identify any concerns and provide solutions in multiple scenarios.
Macro Industries Management maintains a high level of training with all personnel responsible for delivering a quality project package that is thoroughly reviewed prior to project completion.
We have established a Quality System Management Program complete with certified weld procedure specifications ‘WPS’ and
weld procedure data sheets ‘WPDS’ in accordance with the following scope, standards and regulatory authorities:
- Construction, Installation of Pipeline and Surface Facility – CSA Z662 – OGC (BC), ERCB (AB), NEB
- Construction and Installation of Structural Steel – CSA W47.1 / W59 – Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB)
- Construction, Alterations and Repair of Pressure Piping – ASME B31.3 / B31.1 – BCSA (BC), ABSA (AB)
